Who We Are
Here at Glad Tidings Church, we’re just vessels with a simple mission: To glorify Jesus Christ and see His life reproduced in others.

1) We believe in the verbal inspiration of the Bible.
2) We believe in one God eternally existing in three personas, namely the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Trinity).
3) We believe that Jesus Christ is the only begotten Son of the Father, conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary. We believe that Jesus was crucified, buried, and raised from the dead. We believe that He ascended to Heaven and is today at the right hand of the Father as Intercessor.
4) We believe that all have sinned and come short of the glory of God and that repentance is commanded of God for all and necessary for forgiveness of sins.
5) We believe that justification, regeneration, and the new birth are wrought by faith in the blood of Jesus Christ.
6) We believe in the sanctification to the new birth, through faith in the blood of Christ, through the Word, and by the Holy Spirit.
7) We believe in the baptism with the Holy Spirit subsequent to a clean heart.
8) We believe that all the gifts of the Holy Spirit are valid and operative today and that the fruit of the Holy Spirit should be increasingly evident in a Christian’s life.
9) We believe in water baptism by immersion and that all who repent should be baptized in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit.
10) We believe divine healing is provided for all in the atonement.
11) We believe in the pre-millennial, second coming of Jesus – first, to resurrect the righteous dead and to catch away the living saints to Him in the air; second, to reign on the earth a thousand years.
12) We believe in the bodily resurrection, eternal life for the righteous, and eternal punishment for the wicked.
13) We believe that the ordinance of the Holy Communion is a memorial to Christ, a sign of the new covenant, the proclamation of Christ’s death on Calvary as propitiation for sin, and the observance of the body of Christ. The celebration of holy Communion also looks forward to the coming of Christ and the Marriage Supper of the Lamb.
14) We believe it is the responsibility of every believer to dedicate his life to carrying out the Great Commission to the world.
